Why Processing Requirements Of Precision Parts So Strict ?

Common Machining processes include CNC turning, Auto lathe turning,CNC Milling,Sheet metal fabrication, Casting, etc.
With the development of science and the introduction of advanced technology, high-end advanced equipment is widely used,
at the same time it brings more and more high quality and high efficiency products to life and production.
However, these high-end advanced equipment for the assembly of non-standard precision parts with more and more stringent requirements,
so, these strict requirements are reflected in what aspects ?
Requirements for machining dimensions of non-standard custom precision parts:
Cylinder for example: the cylinder diameter, there are strict requirements,
positive and negative errors in the required range of qualified parts, otherwise are not qualified parts;
If the diameter of an embedded cylinder is too large and exceeds the allowable error range,
it will result in a situation where the actual diameter is too small and exceeds the lower limit of the allowable negative value of the error,
which will cause the insertion to be too loose. Unstable problems occur.  
These are not qualified products, or the cylinder length is too long or too short,
beyond the error allowed, are not qualified products, are to be invalidated,
or reprocessed, which will inevitably lead to increased costs.
